Our company name is Shenzhen Jiuhong Century Seal Technology Co., Ltd. We are a professional rubber seal product manufacturer. Our products include rubber O-ring, gasket, oil seal, O-ring kit, gearbox kit and any customized rubber products.
Our company is located in Shenzhen, China, with three buildings, covering an area of about 5000 square meters. We have 6 departments now, including sales department, production department, technology department, quantity control department, finance department and general manager office, with about 150 employees.
Our company was founded in 2006, up to now, we have about 15 years of experience in rubber seal product with IATF16949 certification. We have excellent molding technology and can basically produce any pure rubber seal product. For any rubber seal product, we will build a new mold for it through CNC. The mold made in this way is very precise, it can easily reach the M1 level of ISO3302 tolerance standard. Moreover, we use high quality rubber materials. All of our rubber materials have RoHS, REACH, PAHs certification, etc. And we will test our rubber materials regularly and issue the test reports, which let us clearly understand the physical properties of materials and monitor whether there are any problems. In the whole production process, our quantity control department will assist production department and monitor the quality of products. They will eliminate the unqualified products and guide production department to improve production process. Before packing, we will conduct a full manual and machine inspection for all products, which will ensure that the size, hardness and appearance of the products are within the acceptable range. At last, we will use PE bags and cartons to pack the products. We pay great attention to the quality of products, so our lead time will be a litter longer.
The time that we develop our international business is not very long. However, we already have a lot of friendly and stable international customers.
