Shenzhen Tianyue New Energy Co., Ltd is a company developing, manufacturing and sales of lead acid and lithium iron phosphate batteries. With its production base in Shaoguan & Huizhou and its commitment to provide high quality and cost effective products, TNE is able to provide diversified batteries & solutions for various applications where DC power is required, like automotive & motorcycle starting, motive power for electric vehicles, small & big size UPS back up, on grid/off grid renewable energy storage for home & commercial and many more.
Our automotive and VRLA battery factory is located in Shaoguan city, Guangdong province and ISO9001 & ISO14001 certified. The factory covers an area of 130, 000 and equiped with cutting-edge expander plate machines and automatic COS (Casting On Strip) machine, which provides stable quality to the batteries and minimizes the human defective factors. There are 5 automotive battery assembly lines and 3 VRLA battery assembly lines, which are able to produce 3 million automoitve batteries and 2 million VRLA batteries per year. The batteries can fit almost all Japanese, European, American automobiles and are feature by high CCA (Cold Cranking Ampere), less water lost, long life and stable performance.
Our VRLA battery covers full range like super small size batteries, small size batteries, MID size and big size batteries from 2V, 4V, 6V to 12V. Different product solutions are available, including flat plate batteries, AGM batteries, GEL batteries, tubular batteries etc. Our batteries are featured with full range, large capacity, long life and high consistence.
To meet the demand of lithium ion battery market, we invested 1.5 million USD in lithium battery pack factory in Huizhou and we are able to provide LiFePO4 lithium iron phasphate battery which is featured by longer life cycle, more power dencity with less weight, large current charge & discharge, and an ideal option for future clean energy. The lithium batteries are widely used to replace the traditional lead acid batteries in UPS system, security & alarm system, electric scrubbers, RV, marine, boat & yacht, solar & wind renewable energy system, telecom and many more.
