Product Description

     2020 Year BT-100/ 2 Stroke 100CC Bike Engine Kit is the best and latest 100cc engine you can find in the circle of bicycle engines. And it is bigger and much more powerful than F80 engines due to the enlarged barrel and enhanced quality of the main parts such as crankshafts, clutch shafts, big clutch springs and so on. It is not like YD-100 engine which keeps all the same but only put on a bigger barrel and piston . This BT-100 engines entered into the market in 2019, but some changes are made on the 100cc cylinders , front&rear engine fixing studs, crankshafts in order to improve its quality and performance.

     This single cylinder air cooled 2020 Year BT-100/ 2 Stroke 100CC Bike Engine is the latest model .  This cylinder came out in 2019, but it is updated in 2020.  Just like  most of the 48cc/80cc cylinders, the BT-100 cylinder was made by casting techique , but the current one is made by die casing techique. The other difference is that 2019 Year BT-100 cylinder use M6 short fixing screws, but 2020 Year BT-100 cylinder use long M8 fixing studs extending to the top of the cylinders .  More aluminium material and advanced fabricating techniques help improve the quality of the new barrels.  Except the barrels, all the parts like pistons, rings, clutchs and CDI have the good quality .
