Product Description

This single cylinder air cooled 2 stroke 80CC engine is 2020 model .  This cylinder came out in 2019, but it is updated in 2020.  Just like the most of the 48cc/80cc cylinders, the 2019 year cylinder was made by casting techique too. But more and qualified aluminium material,  and good structer help improve the quality of the new barrels. The 2020 year cylinders are fabricated by die casting technique. Its quality become better.  You can judge its quality from the smooth surface of the cylinder and thickness of the its fins. More aluminium make the cylinders bigger, bigger body and thick fins help spread the heat generated during the combustion process. Then It reduce the engine's temperature. Any way, its quality is much better than other cylinders that you can find in the market . Except the barrels, all the parts like pistons, rings, clutchs and CDI have the good quality .
